2. Physical Product Shipping

In cases where you purchase physical products such as furniture, decor items, or samples from our curated collection, the following applies:

  • Processing Time: We process physical orders within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.

​

  • Shipping Carrier & Charges: We partner with trusted carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to ensure your items arrive safely. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location, for items to arrive once shipped.

  • Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, customs processing, or holidays. We will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays with your order

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your design files or physical products are shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow up to for tracking information to appear.

  • Design Service Changes: Once a design project has started, changes to the final design deliverables may incur an additional charge. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments to your design.

  • Physical Product Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a physical product order, please contact us within [insert time frame, e.g., 24 hours] of purchase. After this period, the order may have already been processed for shipping, and cancellation may not be possible.

By purchasing any of our online interior design services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Once payment is made, work on your project will begin, and you are committed to the agreed-upon services.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our online interior design services, all payments are non-refundable. Once the design process has commenced, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the stage of the project or client satisfaction.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Customized design packages

  • Renderings, design boards, and 3D models

  • Revisions made to the design based on client feedback

3. Project Deliverables and Revisions

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your project after payment, you may do so at any time; however, as per our no-refund policy, no refund will be issued. You will receive the design deliverables that have been completed up to the point of cancellation.

6. Final Agreement

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy, as well as any other terms and conditions associated with our service. We encourage you to carefully review the details of your chosen service package before making a purchase.
